Refund and Returns Policy

1. Jefin Sdn Bhd operates the Janie & Joe retail stores and e-commerce websites ("Janie & Joe").

2. Occasionally goods and/or products from Janie & Joe may arrive damaged in transit, or goods and/or products may have a fault or defect from the manufacturer and/or supplier. In cases where goods and/or products were damaged during transit ("damaged goods"), the damaged goods can be returned by the customer to Janie & Joe in their original packaging. In cases where goods and/or products may have had a manufacturing fault or defect from the manufacturer and/or supplier ("faulty goods"), the faulty goods can be returned by the customer to Janie & Joe in their original packaging. Customers must return damaged goods and/or faulty goods in their original packaging within 14 ("fourteen") days of the original receipt of the goods and/or products. In each of these cases, Janie & Joe will provide the customer with a replacement item as soon as practicable and subject to availability, and will refund shipping costs to the customer. However, if an item is out of stock or is no longer available from our suppliers, Janie & Joe will refund the customer for the purchased price of the damaged goods and/or faulty goods, including shipping costs, or provide the customer with a credit towards future purchases for the purchased price of the damaged goods and/or faulty goods, including shipping costs.

3. While Janie & Joe hopes that our customers will be happy with our goods and/or products, we do understand that occasionally, customers may not be wholly satisfied with our goods and/or products. In cases where goods and/or products are not damaged during transit and/or do not have a manufacturing fault or defect, the customer may return the goods and/or products in their original packaging (including original labels and tags) within 7 ("seven") days of the original receipt of the goods and/or products. Shipping fees and costs for returning the goods and/or products are to be borne solely by the customer. Janie & Joe will refund the customer for the purchased price of the goods and/or products, or provide the customer with a credit towards future purchases for the purchased price of the goods and/or products, but not including shipping costs.
